Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe're looking to hire Quality Line Reference Technicians for our Fishers, Indiana site!Responsibilities:Perform in-process, visual, dimensional, functional, and packaging controls according to the control plan of the manufactured productBe the reference key-person for product quality within the shift with reference to the production lines to which they are dedicatedCooperate with the QC laboratory for the evaluation of the defectsMonitor production lines status in coordination with the other functions, recording the control results and the other required information,Guarantee a high level of cleaning and tidiness of the work areasInitiate deviations and OOS and participate in the investigations and solving activities for the non-conformities that occur during the shiftSupport personnel training activitiesQualifications:Basic computer application knowledgePrior experience in manufacturing or quality controlKnowledge of device manufacturing/pharma Quality Management System processes and featuresExperience in healthcare device/pharma manufacturing environment.International travel may be required, based on business needsAbility to work weekendsStevanato Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
