Key Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards. Oversee all quality control activities including incoming material inspection in-process checks and final product testing. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances and customer complaints. Manage supplier quality including qualification performance monitoring and audits to ensure material compliance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and projects to enhance product quality process efficiency and reduce defects. Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements industry standards and internal quality policies. Recruit train and manage a team of quality engineers technicians and inspectors. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering Manufacturing or a related technical field. 5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge and practical experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems; IATF 16949 or AS9100 experience is a plus. Proven expertise in quality tools and methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt certification preferred) SPC FMEA and Root Cause Analysis. Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and develop a quality assurance team.
