Key Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and regulatory requirements. Lead internal and external audit programs including customer and supplier audits ensuring compliance and driving corrective actions. Oversee root cause analysis and the effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and projects to enhance product quality process efficiency and reduce waste. Manage the Quality Assurance team providing leadership training and performance management. Establish and monitor key quality metrics and performance indicators reporting findings to senior management. Ensure products meet all specified quality standards customer requirements and regulatory compliance throughout the manufacturing process. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field. 7 years of progressive experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated expertise in developing implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9001). Strong proficiency in quality methodologies and tools such as Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma SPC FMEA and Root Cause Analysis. ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) or Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) preferred. Proven ability to lead and mentor teams with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
