Key Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards. Ensure all manufactured products meet specified quality standards customer requirements and regulatory compliance. Lead root cause analysis implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Manage and conduct internal and external quality audits including supplier audits to ensure adherence to quality procedures. Oversee the inspection and testing processes for incoming materials in-process production and finished goods. Monitor key quality performance indicators analyze data and report on quality trends to management. Provide leadership and training to the quality team and other departments on quality principles and practices. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field. 5 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance/Control within a manufacturing environment including supervisory or management roles. In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) and core quality tools (e.g. SPC FMEA Root Cause Analysis 8D). Proven ability to lead mentor and develop a quality team fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Certified Lead Auditor for relevant ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001 ISO 13485 AS9100). Proficiency in advanced statistical software (e.g. Minitab JMP) or data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau). Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g. medical devices aerospace automotive).
