Oversee all product quality control and assurance activities from raw material to finished goods. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances. Manage supplier quality including audits and performance monitoring. Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes and product quality. Manage and mentor the quality assurance team. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering Science or a related technical field. 5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment. Expertise in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949). Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma Lean SPC FMEA Root Cause Analysis). Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing quality teams.
