The Opportunity We partner with manufacturers across Hart seeking Quality Managers who want more than a lateral move. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g. ISO 9001). Lead and direct the quality control team fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Oversee all quality assurance activities including inspection testing and process control. Develop implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances. Conduct internal and external audits to verify adherence to quality standards and regulations. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends root causes and areas for improvement. Collaborate with production engineering and supply chain to ensure product quality from design to delivery. Recommended Qualifications 5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field. In-depth knowledge and practical experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems. Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools (e.g. Six Sigma Lean SPC FMEA Root Cause Analysis). Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
