This role is essential in driving operational excellence, improving processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction through lean manufacturing principles and strategic quality initiatives.The Role: Leading Quality and Continuous ImprovementAs the Quality Manager, you will lead the development, refinement, and execution of quality management systems (QMS) and lean manufacturing principles across all operations. Your primary responsibilities include: Implementing QMS and lean principles to streamline processes and reduce waste Conducting root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve nonconformance issues Promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement across departments Collaborating cross-functionally to drive innovation and efficiency Monitoring key performance indicators and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities Overseeing quality assurance protocols and facilitating training programs to ensure compliance Liaising with customers to resolve quality-related concerns professionally and promptly Performing quality checks and determining disposition of nonconforming products Traveling 1025% (5 to 13 weeks per year)Core CompetenciesSuccess in this role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership.
