Quality Manager at Venteon

Quality Manager Minimum 3 years of Quality Management Experience Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager to fill an opening with a Manufacturing Company located in Metro Detroit, MI. Must have experience with automotive quality standards. Experience with metallurgy or steel highly preferred Requirements of the Quality Manager 3-5 years of manufacturing quality experience Strong understanding of Quality Standards & tools (PPAP, APQP) Experience with audit standards (ISO, IATF, VDA) Experience with steel and/or metallurgy preferred Responsibilities of the Quality Manager Plan and coordinate testing to ensure products and processes adhere to customer and industry standards Evaluate proposed changes in design , process and materials to current specifications. Develop and implement Continuous Improvement procedures to maintain and update standards Investigate problems and coordinate corrective action and follow up with customers and suppliers on countermeasures.
