We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Quality Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise in ISO 9001, CPAR, Corrective Action & Preventive Action, IATF 16949, ISO-TS, rubber manufacturing, rubber molding, and the Plastics Industry. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management systems, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for driving continuous improvement. With a minimum of 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our quality management systems, ensuring we meet and exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's quality management system in compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO-TS standards.
• Lead the Corrective Action & Preventive Action (CAPA) process, ensuring all issues are identified, investigated, and resolved in a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct regular audits of the manufacturing process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
• Oversee the Customer Product Approval Request (CPAR) process, ensuring all products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Work closely with the manufacturing team to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and advancements in rubber manufacturing and molding, and the plastics industry.
• Prepare and present regular reports on quality metrics, audit results, and improvement initiatives to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality management role in the manufacturing industry.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with ISO 9001, CPAR, Corrective Action & Preventive Action, IATF 16949, and ISO-TS.
• Experience in rubber manufacturing, rubber molding, and the plastics industry is a must.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels of the organization.
• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and process control principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
