Key Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards. Ensure all manufactured products meet quality specifications regulatory requirements and customer expectations. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes. Manage internal and external quality audits including supplier audits. Investigate and resolve customer quality complaints implementing effective corrective and preventive actions. Oversee the collection and analysis of quality data to identify trends and drive improvements. Provide leadership training and development for the quality assurance team. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering science or a related technical field. 5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated expertise in ISO 9001 (or relevant industry-specific QMS) and quality methodologies (e.g. SPC FMEA Lean Six Sigma). Proven leadership skills with experience in team development and cross-functional collaboration. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
