Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Quality ManagerDirect Hire OpportunityLocation: Mead, COSchedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMPay: $30–$40/hour DOEAbout the Role:We are seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to oversee and elevate quality operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about precision, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement, ensuring that products consistently meet or exceed quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections using appropriate measurement techniques.Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to validate product quality.Review material and outside processing certifications for conformance.Maintain accurate quality documentation, including AS9102 forms, calibration logs, and nonconformance records.Lead and train quality inspectors and provide guidance to operators and production staff to ensure product quality.Support and manage the Quality Management System (QMS), including corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.Troubleshoot quality issues and implement timely solutions while maintaining a safe work environment.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.3–5 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or a technical role.Experience with quality inspection techniques, CMM operation, and quality documentation.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.Preferred: Experience in a CNC machine shop or aerospace company.Why You’ll Love This Role:Competitive hourly pay ($30–$40/hour DOE) with room for growth.Monday–Friday schedule with consistent hours.Opportunity to lead and shape the quality function in a dynamic manufacturing setting.Hands-on role with the chance to directly impact product quality and customer satisfaction.Apply today to take the next step in your quality career!
