Oversee all quality control processes inspections and testing activities across manufacturing. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Manage non-conformance reporting root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Ensure compliance with industry standards regulatory requirements and customer specifications. Conduct internal and external quality audits including supplier quality assessments. Lead mentor and develop the quality assurance and control team. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering quality management or a related technical field. 5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment including leadership roles. In-depth knowledge and practical application of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949). Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma methodologies Statistical Process Control (SPC) and root cause analysis tools. Strong leadership communication and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement. Bonus Qualifications Experience with specific industry regulatory standards (e.g. FDA AS9100 IATF 16949). Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification. Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP). Demonstrated experience in developing and auditing supplier quality programs.
