Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Oversee all quality control activities including inspections testing and statistical process control (SPC). Manage supplier quality programs including audits and performance monitoring. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Ensure compliance with industry standards regulatory requirements and customer specifications. Lead internal and external quality audits and manage non-conformance resolution. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field. 5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9001). Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools (e.g. Lean Six Sigma SPC FMEA Root Cause Analysis). Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
