Key Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ISO standards. Ensure products meet specified quality standards customer requirements and regulatory compliance. Lead root cause analysis implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and drive problem resolution. Manage internal and external audit programs including supplier audits and customer visits. Oversee the inspection testing and release of raw materials in-process components and finished goods. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Establish and report on key quality metrics performance indicators and quality objectives. Manage mentor and develop the quality assurance and control team. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment. Proven expertise in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems (e.g. IATF 16949 AS9100). Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies including FMEA SPC MSA and 8D problem-solving. Demonstrated leadership in driving continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt preferred). Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Experience with specific industry quality standards (e.g. AS9100 IATF 16949 FDA 21 CFR Part 820). Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP). Demonstrated experience in supplier quality development and management. Background in integrating quality systems with ERP/MES platforms.
