Key Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards. Oversee all quality control activities including inspection testing and release of raw materials in-process and finished products. Lead root cause analysis for non-conformances and drive effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g. FDA ISO 9001) and customer specifications. Manage internal and external quality audits ensuring timely resolution of findings. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality process efficiency and reduce waste. Lead mentor and develop the quality assurance team fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field. 5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment. Proven expertise in implementing and managing ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems. Strong proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies Statistical Process Control (SPC) and root cause analysis. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
