A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Management and L&D.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead talent management programs and facilitate talent review sessions with senior leadershipSet and execute the long-term learning and development strategy aligned with business goalsDesign engagement initiatives and monitor engagement metrics to inform talent and learning interventionsQualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's degree preferred8+ years of experience in HR with significant experience in talent management and L&D; 3+ years in a leadership roleProven experience in designing and implementing talent management processesStrong data and analytical skills, with experience in building dashboards and interpreting talent dataProficiency with HR technology (Workday and Skillsoft) is preferred
