Key Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards. Ensure all manufactured products meet quality specifications regulatory requirements and customer expectations. Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Manage internal and external audit programs to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. Oversee supplier quality management including selection performance monitoring and issue resolution. Direct and mentor the quality control team managing inspection testing and documentation processes. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends drive continuous improvement and reduce defects. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering Manufacturing or a related technical field. 5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge and practical application of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949). Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g. FMEA SPC Root Cause Analysis 8D Lean Six Sigma). Demonstrated leadership and communication skills with experience managing quality teams and initiatives.
