Quality Process Inspector (Inspector II) –Tire Build (Night Shift) at Continental

YOUR TASKSPerforms detailed tire and semi-product inspections to ensure compliance with Continental Tire WW quality standards and QMS regulations while documenting findings addressing non-conformities and supporting safety and environmental protocols. Responsibilities also include data entry daily reporting and promoting exemplary policy practices.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACTExecute tire inspection to ensure product quality level compliance with Continental Tire WW standardsMust be able to pass color vision exam to perform tasksUtilize refer to and perform tasks using Continental Tire WW semi-product off-standard standards catalogue and QMS standards (ISO/TS16949 CCC etc.)Inspection of semi-products from preparation to curing according to control plansTake the necessary actions in case of non-conformities (inform relevant production personnel stop the next process from using the off-standard material blocking of semi-products and items produced with off-standard material)Apply non-conformance procedureComplete over-inspection checklistsEnter data into the electronic SPC data collection system where applicableInput of quality related data into shopfloor systemProduce daily report for quality engineersComplete error proofing verificationBe self-managed detail-oriented and capable of performing under pressureFollow all plant ESH CBS quality and department processes and proceduresOther duties as assignedNOTE: May not be inclusive of all work required and may be updated as needed.Qualifications : THE ENVIRONMENTSafety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be always adhered to.
