Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of quality inspectors and technicians. Ensure products meet specified quality standards and customer requirements. Manage the investigation and resolution of non-conforming materials and products. Implement and maintain quality control procedures and inspection plans. Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and drive corrective actions. Provide training and development for quality team members. Monitor key quality performance indicators and report on trends. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering Manufacturing or a related technical field. 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Proficiency with quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949) statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis tools. Demonstrated strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement corrective actions. Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively train mentor and motivate a quality team.
