Key Responsibilities Supervise and train quality inspection teams and technicians. Implement and enforce quality control procedures and standards across manufacturing processes. Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and oversee corrective and preventative actions (CAPA). Monitor analyze and report on key quality performance indicators and metrics. Collaborate with production engineering and supply chain to resolve quality issues. Maintain and update quality management system documentation and records. Participate in internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field. 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment including supervisory responsibilities. Strong knowledge and practical application of Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949). Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC FMEA Root Cause Analysis and Lean Six Sigma principles. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage train and motivate a quality team.
