Oversee all stages of product inspection including incoming in-process and final quality checks. Investigate product non-conformances conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Ensure strict adherence to quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) and customer specifications. Maintain accurate quality records documentation and reporting of key quality metrics. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance product quality. Manage the calibration and maintenance schedule for all quality inspection equipment. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field. 3-5 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity. Strong knowledge and practical application of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g. SPC FMEA Root Cause Analysis CAPA). Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and develop a quality inspection team. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings specifications and using various inspection equipment. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
