Monitor and enforce adherence to product quality standards and manufacturing specifications. Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances defects and customer complaints. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Manage and maintain quality control documentation records and procedures. Perform regular internal audits of processes and products to ensure compliance. Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of quality assurance/control experience in manufacturing with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity. In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g. SPC FMEA 8D Root Cause Analysis). Proven leadership and team development skills capable of training and mentoring quality personnel. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for identifying and resolving manufacturing quality issues. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings specifications and using various measurement and inspection equipment.
