Oversee all incoming in-process and final product quality inspections and testing. Investigate quality issues conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Maintain accurate quality records prepare reports and analyze quality data for trends. Ensure strict adherence to quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) regulatory requirements and company standards. Develop and deliver training programs for quality personnel on inspection techniques and quality procedures. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes and product quality. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field. 3-5 years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity. Proficient understanding and application of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) and core quality tools (SPC FMEA Root Cause Analysis). Demonstrated ability to lead train and mentor a quality inspection or assurance team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement methodologies.
