Ensure strict adherence to quality standards specifications and procedures. Investigate and resolve non-conformances defects and customer quality complaints. Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) effectively. Conduct regular product and process audits to identify areas for improvement. Analyze quality data and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment including supervisory responsibilities. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949) and relevant industry standards. Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC FMEA Root Cause Analysis and Lean/Six Sigma principles. Demonstrated leadership problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical discipline.
