Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a hands-on Quality Supervisor to lead daily quality operations within a sheet metal manufacturing environment. This role will oversee a team of 7 quality personnel while working directly on the production floor to ensure product quality, support new program launches, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has strong experience with APQP, problem-solving, and building strong relationships with operators and production teams. Why join us? $80,000 - $100,000 per year plus monthly gainshare opportunity Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance and Disability Coverage Voluntary Wellness Programs 401(k) / RRSP with Company Match Paid Vacation and Company Holidays Tuition Reimbursement and Career Development Support Job Details Supervise and lead a team of 7 quality technicians/inspectors, providing direction, training, and performance management Serve as a hands-on presence on the shop floor, working closely with operators to identify and resolve quality issues in real time Lead and support APQP activities, including control plans, PFMEA, process validation, and PPAP submissions for new programs Drive successful new product launches, ensuring processes are capable and meet customer requirements Conduct and lead root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone) and implement corrective and preventive actions Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and customer specifications Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection plans, work instructions, and process controls Monitor key quality metrics (scrap, rework, customer complaints) and lead improvement initiatives Partner with production and engineering teams to improve process capability and reduce variation Support internal and external audits, including customer and certification audits Lead containment activities and customer communication when quality issues arise Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and quality ownership across the team Interested in hearing more?
