Oversee all incoming in-process and final product inspection activities. Investigate non-conformances conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain quality documentation procedures and work instructions. Ensure compliance with internal quality standards customer specifications and regulatory requirements. Provide training and coaching to quality personnel and production staff on quality processes. Monitor key quality metrics and generate reports on product quality performance. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of quality assurance/control experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical discipline. Demonstrated expertise in Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949) and their practical application. Proficiency with core quality tools and methodologies such as SPC FMEA MSA Root Cause Analysis and 8D problem-solving. Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively train and motivate a team.
