Key Responsibilities Supervise and train quality control inspectors and technicians. Ensure all manufactured products adhere to established quality standards and specifications. Oversee the execution of quality inspections and tests throughout the production process. Investigate and resolve quality non-conformances implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Maintain and update Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and procedures. Analyze quality data and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with production to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Recommended Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Bachelor's degree in Engineering Manufacturing Quality Management or a related technical field. Proficient understanding and application of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) SPC root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train mentor and motivate a quality team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
