Oversee all stages of quality control including incoming in-process and final product inspection. Ensure strict adherence to quality standards specifications and regulatory requirements. Investigate non-conformances identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Develop implement and maintain quality documentation and records. Conduct training for quality personnel on new procedures equipment and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field. 3-5 years of progressive experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment. Proven experience with quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949). Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools such as SPC FMEA Root Cause Analysis and 8D problem-solving. Demonstrated leadership communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate across departments. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. ASQ Certification (e.g. CQE CQA). Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP). Proven experience conducting internal or external quality audits (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949).
