Monitor and enforce adherence to established quality standards and procedures. Investigate non-conformances identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions. Conduct regular product and process audits to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends report findings and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with production engineering and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and optimize manufacturing processes. Oversee the calibration maintenance and proper use of inspection and test equipment. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field. 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or control within a manufacturing environment including supervisory experience. Proficiency in quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) and quality tools (SPC FMEA Root Cause Analysis 8D). Demonstrated ability to lead train and motivate a quality inspection team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
