Key Responsibilities Supervise and train a team of Quality Inspectors and Technicians. Oversee all incoming in-process and final product quality inspections and testing. Demonstrated ability to lead train and develop a team of quality technicians or inspectors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration and reporting. Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience. Bonus Qualifications Six Sigma Black Belt or ASQ CQM/OE certification. Experience with specific industry regulatory standards (e.g. FDA AS9100 IATF 16949). Proficiency in QMS software (e.g. MasterControl) or ERP quality modules (e.g. SAP QM). Demonstrated application of Lean manufacturing principles.
