Key Responsibilities Oversee daily quality control operations and personnel. Ensure products meet specified quality standards and customer requirements. Investigate non-conformances determine root causes and implement corrective actions (CAPA). Develop implement and maintain quality control procedures and work instructions. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g. ISO). Provide training and coaching to quality inspectors and production staff on quality protocols. Analyze quality data and prepare reports on quality performance and trends. Recommended Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment including supervisory experience. In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) statistical process control (SPC) and continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to lead train and develop a team of quality professionals. Proficiency in root cause analysis corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and problem-solving tools. Bachelor's degree in Engineering Manufacturing Technology or a related technical field.
