Key Responsibilities Supervise and train quality inspection personnel and technicians. Oversee all quality control activities including incoming in-process and final inspections. Develop implement and maintain quality procedures work instructions and standards. Investigate and resolve quality non-conformances customer complaints and root causes. Conduct internal quality audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. ISO). Analyze quality data identify trends and prepare reports on key quality metrics. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
