Key Responsibilities Supervise and train quality control inspectors and technicians. Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Investigate non-conformances identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and records. Conduct internal audits and support external audits for compliance with industry regulations. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field. 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment including supervisory or lead experience. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g. SPC FMEA Root Cause Analysis). Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff. Excellent problem-solving analytical and decision-making abilities. Relevant quality certifications (e.g. ASQ CQE Six Sigma Green Belt) preferred. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Certified Lead Auditor (e.g. ISO 9001 AS9100 IATF 16949). Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g. Minitab JMP). Proficiency in specific industry quality standards (e.g. ISO 13485 AS9100 IATF 16949).
