Quality Support- TEMP at Flex-Staff

Seeking an Quality Support Temp for a Stevens Point Client of ours. Pay is between $22-$27/hour based on experience. Hours are Monday-Friday working between 7am-5pm (somewhat flexible between those hours. Job is expected to last 6-12 months in length.
Position Summary Supports quality assurance through data recording, reporting, and documentation. Investigates complaints, assists with product failure analysis, monitors quality holds, and leads PPAP submissions Provides administrative support and helps prevent quality issues
Role Responsibilities:

• Recording data and writing summaries to validate or show deviations from existing standards/specifications
• Participating in meetings and monitoring hold activity, logs, etc.
• Investigating customer complaints and returns
• Providing product failure analysis support
• Participating in problem prevention planning to communicate, evaluate and prevent/resolve quality problems
• Applying basic skills with opportunity to develop advanced skills. Duties and tasks are standardized
• Resolving routine questions and problems and referring more complex issues to higher level employees
• Maintain files and documentation, monthly reviews, and error records
• Run and distribute daily reports to staff as required
• Provide administrative support for the department and complete special projects as assigned
• Lead PPAP submission for OEM customers as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) and internet applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient with SharePoint
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use measurement tools such as tape measures and calipers
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Strong attendance record and reliability
• Prior experience in Quality, understanding measurement methods
