Key Responsibilities Perform detailed inspections of incoming materials in-process components and finished products. Conduct various quality tests using specialized equipment and document results accurately. Identify document and quarantine non-conforming materials or products. Maintain accurate records of all inspection activities test results and quality data. Assist in the investigation of root causes for quality issues and support corrective actions. Ensure all inspection and test equipment is calibrated and maintained according to schedule. Collaborate with production teams to implement quality control measures and improve processes. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g. calipers micrometers gauges). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Foundational understanding of Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9001 GMP). Experience performing visual and dimensional inspections and documenting results. Basic knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data analysis. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills for non-conformances. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T). Experience with internal quality audits. Proficiency with statistical software (e.g. Minitab).
