Key Responsibilities Perform dimensional and visual inspections of raw materials in-process components and finished products. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers micrometers gauges and CMMs to verify product specifications. Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed quality records including non-conformance reports. Identify quarantine and report non-conforming materials or products initiating corrective action processes. Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality deviations. Conduct product and process audits to ensure adherence to quality standards procedures and regulatory requirements. Support the calibration program for measurement and test equipment ensuring accuracy and validity. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g. calipers micrometers gauges). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and specifications. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) principles and practices (e.g. ISO 9001). Experience performing visual in-process and final product inspections and tests. Strong basic math skills and ability to accurately collect record and analyze data.
