Quality Technician I - Swing Shift
Location: Fife, WA
Hours: 3 PM-11:30 PM OR 3:30 PM-12:30 AM
Starting Pay: $$ HRLY with $ shift differential

Responsibilities:
As a Quality Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of reliability and compliance. You’ll support new product launches and ongoing quality initiatives across our operations.
Your day-to-day will include:
Audit in-process and finished product quality checks
Maintain accurate records of product testing and inspections
Investigate quality issues to identify root causes and drive improvements
Collaborate with team members at all levels — from employees to managers
Work with corporate and local quality teams to uphold standards
Recommend process and tooling changes to improve quality and reduce waste
Implement changes across teams (without direct management responsibility)
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience with quality systems and standards
Proficiency in SolidWorks, CAD, and Excel
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
