Key Responsibilities Perform incoming in-process and final product inspections and tests according to specifications. Document inspection results maintain quality records and generate non-conformance reports. Identify and quarantine non-conforming materials or products assisting with disposition processes. Conduct dimensional visual and functional measurements using various inspection tools and equipment. Assist in the calibration and maintenance of inspection measurement and test equipment (IM&TE). Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for quality issues. Ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) and company quality standards. Recommended Qualifications High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality assurance or inspection role. Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g. calipers micrometers gauges). Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints specifications and GD&T. Basic understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and quality management principles.
