The Opportunity We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Spring Lake region seeking Quality Technicians. Key Responsibilities Perform in-process final and incoming inspections of manufactured products and components. Utilize precision measurement tools and equipment (e.g. calipers micrometers CMM) to verify product specifications. Document inspection results accurately create inspection reports and maintain quality records. Identify and report non-conforming materials or products initiating appropriate containment and disposition. Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues. Calibrate and maintain inspection and test equipment according to established schedules and procedures. Support the development and improvement of quality control processes and procedures. Recommended Qualifications High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree or technical certification in a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality assurance or inspection role. Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g. calipers micrometers gauges) and interpreting blueprints/technical drawings. Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Statistical Process Control (SPC). Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data entry and basic analysis). Ability to identify non-conformances and assist with root cause analysis. Bonus Qualifications Experience with calibration of measurement equipment. Proficiency with CMM programming or operation software (e.g. PC-DMIS Calypso). Internal Auditor certification (e.g. ISO 9001 AS9100). Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification.
