Key Responsibilities Perform detailed inspections of raw materials in-process components and finished products using various measurement tools and techniques. Document inspection results non-conformances and quality data accurately in quality management systems or reports. Identify quarantine and document non-conforming materials or products initiating corrective action processes. Conduct first article inspections and provide production line support for quality-related issues. Assist in the investigation of root causes for quality defects and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Verify the calibration status of inspection equipment and maintain quality control records. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g. calipers micrometers gauges). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and specifications. Basic understanding of quality control principles and inspection methods. Experience with data entry and basic statistical analysis using spreadsheet software. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment.
