Reporting to the Quality Supervisor the Quality Technician will work across divisions and business units to ensure documentation is recorded correctly and meets all requirements quality assurance principles and guidelines.This role is on ourWeekday shift (Monday-Thursday) from 6:00AM - 4:30PMKey Duties and Responsibilities Execute maintain and evolve the companys Quality Management System in line with Terran Orbital strategyReview data to determine whether all requirements of current processes and procedures meet the quality and reliability expectancy of the finished productWork in Quality Assurance Management Engineers and other personnel to assist in CAPA/RCCA to increase product improvement and lower QMS defectsSupport all team members to ensure the consistent and repeatable on-time delivery of conforming finished goods per customers requirements driving customer satisfactionPromote awareness and compliance to all customer internal industry and regulatory requirements and deliverables throughout the organizationProvide Quality Assurance support during build and test operations to ensure procedures are being followedGenerate Non-Conformance reports for discrepancies found during QA operations with accurate defect descriptionsQualifications and Skills Bachelors degree or applicable trade skills and qualificationsMinimum two (2) years of experience in a Quality position within a high-reliability electronics manufacturing company reviewing documentsExperience with Jira Manufacturo or equivalent MES softwareExperience with IPC-610 IPC-620 GD&TExperience with harnesses mechanical and assembly type componentsExperience in cleanroom/ESD safe manufacturing environmentExperience with reviewing build/test procedures for accuracy and completenessU.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearanceAdditional DifferentiatorsCertified Quality TechnicianDocumentation and configuration management experienceExperience reviewing work travelers and multiple documents contained in multiple computer network locationsBasic computer skills including Microsoft OfficeYour actual level and base salary will be determined case-by-case and may vary based on the job-related qualification knowledge skills education and addition to base salary we offer 100% covered medical dental and vision coverage a 401(k) match Flexible Time Off (FTO) covered life insurance maternity and paternity leave tuition reimbursement employee referrals and lots of swag!Salary Range$28 - $39 USDBenefits100% Company-paid comprehensive medical dental and vision coverage for you and your dependents401(k) MatchFlexible Time Off (FTO)Education ReimbursementCompetitive Paid Parental LeaveAbout Terran OrbitalTerran Orbital is a leading manufacturer of satellite products primarily serving the aerospace and defense industries.
