Pinnacle Partners Management, a marketing firm with heart, is looking for a Quantum Fiber Representative who wants to make a difference. The Quantum Fiber Representative will be the frontline hero for Lumen, ensuring every customer feels heard, helped, and happy. As a Quantum Fiber Representative, you'll help customers fall in love with their Quantum Fiber connection. The Quantum Fiber Representative will be there every step-from installation guidance to solving mysterious slowdowns-with a helpful tone and real solutions that stick. Key Responsibilities of the Quantum Fiber Representative Handle customer inquiries, resolve service issues, and guide users on Lumen Quantum Fiber solutions. Explain Quantum Fiber features, verify eligibility, and coordinate seamless account setup through Lumen systems. Diagnose service challenges, escalate complex cases to technical teams, and ensure reliable fiber performance. Document interactions, service milestones, and feedback in CRM systems to strengthen retention, compliance, and reporting accuracy. Partner with operations, sales, and technical support teams to uphold Lumen's Quantum Fiber standards. Contribute to product launches, education campaigns, and engagement programs that elevate Lumen's visibility and trust. Minimum Qualifications of the Quantum Fiber Representative High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Technology preferred. Experience in customer support, technical support, or account management, ideally within telecommunications, fiber internet, or sales. Strong communication skills to explain Lumen Quantum Fiber service options clearly, build trust digitally, and adapt messaging across diverse segments. Foundational knowledge of fiber optic infrastructure, internet connectivity, and troubleshooting methods to ensure reliable Quantum Fiber delivery. Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital workflow tools to manage records, monitor engagement, and streamline processes for efficiency and compliance.
