As a Quick Lube Technician, you’ll start by being responsible for inspecting and performing minor work, thoroughly and accurately. This position is the start for all our Certified and Master Certified Technicians. There is always room for growth!JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to)Perform multi-point inspectionsInspect various fluid levels (i.e. windshield wiper fluid) and top off if necessaryDrain and refill oil with required amountCheck tire pressuresReplace wiper blades/inserts, engine air and air conditioner filters, batteries, etc.Attend department meetings as neededMaintain a professional appearance at all timesExude strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsMaintain honesty and integrity while performing all job dutiesFollow dealership and OSHA safety proceduresAdhere to all company policies, procedures and codes of conductQUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSA valid, unrestricted driver's license (you must be insurable)Maintain a clean, acceptable, safe driving recordMust be able to pass pre-employment screening requirements which include a drug screen, a background check and a Motor Vehicle ReportBe able to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English languagePHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
