Investigates non-compliance incidents and allegations while coordinating corrective actions with leadership. Leads QA and Infection Control committees conducts infection surveillance provides staff training and maintains documentation. Collaborates with administration and stays current with CMS/CDC guidance to support continuous quality and regulatory readiness.
