Its unique agile engineering approach enables rapid prototyping while deep partnerships with defense and industry ensure real-world solutions.Role Overview:Own the Integration and Test process and collaborate with engineers to integrate various components (Hardware Software Firmware) into a cohesive systemConduct rigorous testing in labs or field environments to verify the system performs according to specifications.Responsibilities:Support System I&T (Integration and Testing) to move product from assembly to ready for deploymentConduct integration verification and testing in the lab or the field to ensure the system performs according to specificationsDebug Trace and correct faults in mechanical electronic and software systemsDevelop and document comprehensive test plans and procedures to enable efficient handoff of testing tasks to techniciansDevelop efficient test plans procedures and test benches/suites to streamline the Integration & Test (I&T) process.Identify tools and equipment required to support I&T and setup/program that equipment as necessaryCollaborate with LSE (Lead Systems Engineer) to create and execute test plans and procedures for lab production and fieldWork closely with the overall engineering team to understand the limitations and capabilities of the systemSupport setup and configuration of system hardware componentsWork 4-5 days per week out of our office in Los Angeles (Hawthorne) California.Minimum Requirements:Bachelors degree in STEM (Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics) or another related field or equivalent work experienceExperience in a technical role: Prior experience in manufacturing engineering or a related technical field.Demonstration of Integration & Test experience: Experience conducting integration and test or troubleshooting technical issues on complex systemsFamiliarity with specific test equipment used in RF (Radio Frequency) Systems testing like signal generators spectrum analyzers etc.Strong work ethic and attention to detail: A commitment to quality and a keen eye for catching errorsPreferred Requirements:Systems Engineering experience with RF (Radio Frequency) SystemsFamiliarity with programming languages like Python MATLAB or CExperience with Signal Processing and/or Data AnalysisWhy CHAOSHealth Benefits: Your medical dental and vision benefits will be 100% paid for by the companyAdditional benefits: life FSA HSA 401k ( Company match) and moreOur Perks: free daily lunch No meeting Fridays unlimited PTO casual dress codeCompensation Components: competitive base salaries generous pre-IPO stock option grants relocation assistance (coming soon!) annual bonusesCompany Size: 150 employees and counting!More About Us: Were building the next generation of aerospace defense and critical industry technologies with a seasoned team of mission-focused individuals.
