Pride Health is currently seeking candidates for a Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) to support our client’s healthcare system in Hamilton, Texas. This is a permanent opportunity offering a stable Monday–Friday schedule with competitive pay and excellent benefits.

Job Description

📍 Location: Hamilton, TX

🕒 Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

💰 Pay Rate: $32–$37 per hour (based on experience)

🎁 Sign-on Bonus: $10,000

🚚 Relocation Allowance: Up to $1,500 with receipts

Job Summary

The Radiologic Technologist provides diagnostic imaging services using X-ray and CT equipment across inpatient, emergency department, and outpatient settings. This role requires proficiency in both X-ray and CT modalities, working collaboratively with a team of technologists covering multiple imaging specialties including Mammography and MRI.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging using X-ray and CT modalities
• Cover inpatient, emergency department, and outpatient studies
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment safely and effectively
• Participate in on-call rotation with timely response
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records using Cerner EMR
• Follow hospital policies regarding dress code, infection control, and patient safety
• Collaborate with a team of 3–4 technologists across various imaging modalities
• On-Call: 1–2 nights per week and every other weekend (Monday off after on-call weekend)
• Response Time: 20 minutes required for on-call duties

Requirements

• Valid Texas Radiologic Technologist license
• ARRT certification
• Experience using Cerner EMR system
• Professional appearance: scrubs in any solid color, conservative jewelry only, no facial piercings or tongue rings
• Compliance with mandatory flu vaccination policy
