This includes curriculum development, faculty coordination, and ensuring high-quality education delivery.Qualifications:Master’s degreeMinimum 4 years of field experienceAt least 2 years of teaching experience at a JRCERT-accredited institutionARRT certification requiredKey Responsibilities:Develop and maintain program curriculum and materialsOversee course delivery and ensure consistency across campusesTeach assigned courses and engage students in learningMonitor student progress, attendance, and provide academic supportCoordinate externship programs and advisory board meetingsMaintain licensure and participate in faculty meetings and trainingSkills & Experience:Strong background in academic administration and curriculum planningEffective communication and leadership skillsExperience in career college or professional education settings preferredWork Environment:Onsite position in a professional academic setting.
