Job Summary: The Interventional Radiologist Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care case management and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age frailty and serious illness. Daily tasks include patient assessments medication administration treatment planning and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Strong communication and collaboration with patients providers and other team members are critical to this role. Location:Burbank California United States Responsibilities: - Patient assessments - Medication administration - Treatment planning - Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team - Providing skilled nursing care - Case management - Hospice care Required Skills & Certifications: - Active Registered Nurse license in the state of California - BLS certification - Flouro Permit - Cerebral Scrubbing experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience - Clinical Assessment Medication Administration and Treatment Planning skills - Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field - Drivers license car insurance and automobile for field work Preferred Skills & Certifications: - Specialities in Medical/Surgical ICU ER Psychiatric Labor & Delivery PACU Operating Room Special Considerations: - On-call is required with a minimum of 12 call days for a 6-week schedule including weekends. - RTO must be included at the time of submission. - Facility is able to call off once per two-week pay period. - Block schedules are open to accommodation per manager discretion.
