Radiology - Interventional Physician at ProLocums

Schedule: This is an onsite position with a consistent Monday - Friday schedule, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM . This role offers the significant benefit of no weekend shifts and no call responsibilities . Responsibilities & Procedures: You'll be performing a comprehensive range of interventional radiology (IR) procedures , excluding high-end vascular cases. We're seeking expertise in core IR procedures, including: Dialysis accessVenous access (ports, central lines)EmbolizationHepatobiliary interventionsPercutaneous nephrostomy tubesBiopsiesDrainages Experience with spinal procedures and oncologic interventions is a plus but not required. You'll work collaboratively with Physician Assistants (PAs), signing off on their procedures, and leveraging their strong support for patient workup and routine procedures. This allows you to focus on complex cases within our diverse, high-volume IR practice. Board certified. Long term (50 weeks) All IR (no high end vascular)Expected Volume: 39 RVU's per shiftTechnology: RPCE Tech Stack & Powerscribe 4.0 Participation in Tumor Board meetings 1 per week- during shift. M-F 7a-4p or 8a-5p (9 hr workday) - Lowered productivity expectations Technology: Proficiency with RPCE Tech Stack and Powerscribe 4.0 is required.
