Job Title: Radiologist - Interventional Radiology ProviderLocation: Port Arthur, TXCompensation: Starting at $465,000+ annuallyJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiologist with a preference for Interventional Radiology (IR) expertise to join our dynamic team in Port Arthur, TX. As an IR provider, you will play a crucial role in delivering advanced diagnostic and therapeutic services to our patient population.Key Responsibilities:Interventional Radiology Procedures:Perform a variety of interventional procedures, including but not limited to angiography, biopsies, drainages, and catheter placements.Utilize advanced imaging techniques to guide procedures and ensure optimal patient outcomes.Diagnostic Radiology:Provide diagnostic imaging services including CT scans, MRI, X-rays, and ultrasound as required.Analyze and interpret imaging studies to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment planning.Patient Care:Work closely with referring physicians and other healthcare providers to determine the best imaging and interventional approaches for patient care.Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures, address concerns, and ensure comfort and safety.Collaboration and Support:Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including surgeons, oncologists, and other specialists to coordinate care.Support and mentor junior radiologists and staff as needed.Documentation and Compliance:Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions, imaging results, and procedural details.Ensure adherence to all applicable healthcare regulations, safety standards, and institutional policies.Qualifications:Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Radiology with subspecialty training or experience in Interventional Radiology.Current medical license to practice in Texas or eligibility to obtain.Proven expertise in performing a wide range of interventional radiology procedures.Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to interpret various imaging modalities.Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary starting at $465,000+ annually, with additional compensation based on experience and performance.Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement plan with employer contributions.Generous paid time off and CME allowances.Relocation assistance available if needed.Location:Port Arthur, TX, offers a vibrant community with a mix of cultural activities, outdoor recreation, and a strong sense of local charm.
